Cash is a strong believer in the philosophy that a well-trained, well-funded, and well-qualified Emergency Services Department is crucial for a city to flourish and prosper. Cash's objective is to decrease response times for fire, police, and EMS services, making Virginia Beach a safer place to live!

Cash believes it is imperative to improve our infrastructure to plan for the future generations.
